Compact Discs: CD Racks
If you're an avid music listener, or an audiophile your music collection might be something to be proud of. The dreaded chipboard and outer veneer racks, or metal frame racks might suffice for a small collection but when you're collection starts to get into the hundreds or even thousands then you'll want to store them in something befitting. CD cases (jewel cases) are typically just over 14cm deep and 12.5cm tall, which means our thinnest racking at 14cm is perfect for storing CD's.
Shelves can be spaced in 5cm intervals and therefore by spacing them 15cm apart the CD cases will fit snugly inbetween (each shelf is 2cm thick, so the actual space between shelves is 13cm - Perfect!). This makes the most efficient use of racking to maximise storage for any given volume of space in your room. And remember you can have a larger spacing between shelves for bigger jewel cases and/or to store other kinds of media on the same unit.
How many CD's can you store? Well there's no real limit, and we're not exaggerating. The modular system means you can add more and more bays indefintely and it's only dependent on the room size you have available. This is why we're also used by the professionals!
Digital Versatile Disc: DVD Racks
Our racking units are perfect for DVD racking. As for CD racking, our racks can be adjusted to perfectly fit standard DVD cases and therefore maximise storage or your large collection of DVD's in the smallest space possible. Vinyl Racking
Vinyl Records have been around for a long time and they are still hugely popular with many people debating their superiority over CD's. Our racking is often considered by DJ's, production studios, and enthusiasts at home to reliably store their vast collections of vinyl records.
